Locations of your Choosing

We work on some of the most wonderful sites in the country, but can also come to you – on your school grounds, private land or other sites of your choosing in your neighbourhood – anywhere in the UK or abroad.

Sussex

WoWo Campsite

WoWo Campsite, is perfect for family and school camps, teacher training and SMT development days, education-based conferences plus larger gatherings. It is set amongst beautiful woodland and fields and is an ideal location for a host of activities.

It boasts excellent facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. These include camping pitches with their own fire pits, yurts, mini-yurts and a giant tepee. There is a marquee for indoor training or education. Plus excellent wash rooms, showers and toilets. For those with limited mobility or special needs access can be arranged.

Near to the Bluebell railway in Uckfield, this site is also the home of our Home Education Festival WILD.

You can catch us here most weekends and throughout the holidays – check out the timetable for what’s on at WoWo.

Broadstone Warren

Broadstone Warren, is just 20 minutes from Brighton and is used for much of our “Survival Academy” training. It has a rugged edge to it that allows participants to feel like they are a little more remote than they really are.

For those joining courses at an introductory level or in extreme weather conditions we also have excellent kitchen and bunkhouse facilities available.

Inwood

Inwood Camping offers an opportunity for wild camping and is ideal for smaller school camps and survival courses. It’s also perfect for more rustic team building days and events for SMT and school staff.

The Inwood site boasts over 1000 acres of ancient woodland and meadows. It is a magical place that allows us to really show what nature has to offer for food and other important resources.

“A magical location for adventure, wild foods and other important resources.”

Cornwall

Our Cornwall site, near Falmouth Bay, offers some of the most stunning camping opportunities available in the UK: in beautiful woodland and close to the water’s edge and Cornwall’s dramatic coast line. There is also the option of a spacious, fully fitted bunk house for when weather conditions are bad.

This site is ideal for a range of school camps and survival courses. It is used for our Sea Kayak Survival Expeditions. We work in partnership with Sea Kayak Cornwall to bring you the best of both of our teams expertise.

Scotland

Our Scottish courses take place along the coast near Fort William, one of the wildest environments in the UK. Our survival courses here can include wild camping, navigation training and coastal foraging exercises. Students truly get to test their survival skills usually developed with us on previous courses.

They finish with supreme confidence in the skills they have developed. In addition they gain a desire and ability to become great leaders at school and in the community.
